MycotoxinsDyes (Veterinary Drugs)
The use of veterinary drugs may increase the production of livestock or fish. These drugs include:
- Antibiotics (aminoglycosides, chloramphenicol, fluoroquinolones, malachite green dye, etc.) are used to inhibit microbial growth
- Addition feed (hormaon dansteroid) which is used to increase the yield.
There is a possibility that residue remains in food products even after processing. It can result in negative effects for human health (including carcinogens and allergens).
