HEAVY METAL

Element is defined as a single substance that cannot be altered into a simpler substance through chemical reactions. Symbols of the elements that are commonly used today was first proposed by Jons Jacob Berzelius in 1813. Element symbols are determined by taking the first letter of the element’s name. If there are two elements that share the same first letter, one between the two elements would have a capitalized version of the first letter of its name followed by one lowercase letter that is in the name of the element. Measurements of the contents of the elements in a sample can be analyzed by spectrometry using AAS Flame, Furnace AAS, ICP-OES, or ICP-MS. Selection of the instrument depends on the needs of the testing and the expected level of sensitivity.

ANION

Anion is an ion that has a negative charge. Anions are often combined with cations to make the salt that can be found in the human body. Examples of anions that are important for biological systems, including the human body, is an iodide anion formed from the element iodine. Chloride anion is formed from chlorine, phosphate anions polyatomic, which means it contains more than one atom. PT Angler Biochemlab provides the following tests : ELEMENT
